Form your CFA® study group
Don't go it alone!
Team up with like-minded folks and attack the CFA® together. Benefits of a study group are numerous, but here are a few:
1. Motivate each other to stay on track
Studying for the CFA® without a study group will feel like a lonely process. No one who hasn't already attempted it will understand the difficulty and sacrifice involved in earning your charter. Friends and family won't understand why you're stressing out so much. But your study buddies will.
2. Share resources
Share notes, study guides, practice exams, and other valuable resources. Study with people with different strengths so that you complement each others' knowledge base. For example, you can explain pension accounting to your group and you may have a member that can explain forwards and futures pricing.
3. Increase your chances of passing
Students that study in groups perform better on exams, on average. Another way to put some odds in your favor.
Assemble your team.
Happy Studying!
